Assignment Join Table Queries: World Excecise

Write the join queries for the database described in the attached documents.

There are two versions of a design solution for the exercise listed below.  The PDF named world matches the solution contained in the attached DDL statements.  We discussed these variations in class.

The file that contains the DDL statements are in the sql file below.  The name of this file is world.sql.  It is a very large file, cut and paste operations are not recommended to for created your test environment and loading the test data.  Directions for setting up you test environment can be found in the PDF file named world-setup-en.  Follow the instructions in this file to setup your environment in MySQL to answer the queries in the assignment I will provide a demonstration during lecture.
